Meet Barbara Boris
Barbara Boris, Woodstock's only Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor (CIYT), brings over 30 years of dedication to yoga asana, Indian philosophies, and Sanskrit to her teaching. She is also certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT).
At Woodstock Yoga Center, Barbara offers a diverse range of classes and workshops, collaborating with the area's most talented teachers. Through therapeutic one-on-one sessions and group classes, she applies Iyengar Yoga principles with strength, kindness, and compassion, supporting each student's unique path to healing and transformation.
